Each player has an Admin card who must be protected, who has a permanent, passive ability. To protect them, you use Member cards, which generate Internets to play Meme cards with. Oats, a type of Meme card, are used to activate non-passive Abilities on cards. Admin Cards: Each player picks 1 admin card. The admin is basically the "flag", and if the Admin is defeated, that player loses the game. The admin may not attack, or be attacked, unless that side has no Members in play. The admin's Ability is always in effect, however. Members: Only 3 may be in play at any time, and you can play as many as you want up to this number. Members have Health, Attack, and Defense. If you have 3 members, 1 is placed into AFK Mode. In AFK Mode, the card cannot attack or be attacked, and heals 3 HP per turn. Once per turn, you may switch AFK characters. Powers: Members can have either a passive or active Ability. Passive Abilities are in effect for as long as the Member is in play. Active Abilities require a special Meme card called Oats to use, and counts as their attack. Memes: Memes are essentially catch-all power cards. Memes can be anything, from attacking the AFK player to letting players use their special powers. Meme cards cost Internets. Locations: Location cards can be played once a turn, and overwrite a previous location card that was in play. Location cards have a general power that affects both players for better or worse. Since they'll be fairly powerful, Location cards will be slightly rare (which also stops constant location switching) Internets: Each player also has a number of Internets. The amount of internets you has determines how many Meme cards you can play.
